To register for any Great Expedition tour, send a
check in the mail for the full amount of the trip (trips longer
than a week require a 20% deposit) to the following address:
253 Moore Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060
Please be sure to include a correct return postal address, fax number
or email address. You will then receive a confirmation letter with
directions to the trip site and a list of gear to bring. On
the day of the tour you will be asked to sign a waiver. If
the trip is full, you will notified by phone or email and can be
put on a waiting list, scheduled for an alternate trip or have your
check returned.

| Charter
Groups |
Great Expedition trips are all
available for charter. You can put together
a charter trip with as few as 6 people or as many as 30 and get a
group discount. We have created programs and catered
events for wedding parties, birthdays, anniversaries, out-of-town
guests and graduations. Over the years we have led
charter groups for many Corporations, Universities and Nonprofits

Cancellation Policy
|
For day and weekend trips you may cancel up to three
weeks before the tour with a full refund. Within three weeks
of the trip, you may request an alternate excursion. |
